  • 50 ml Highclere Gin
  • 50 ml Aperol
  • 30 ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 Fresh Squeezed Lime
  • Top with Prosecco
  • Ice
  • Add Lime & Mint for Garnish

Instructions

  • Add Highclere Gin, Aperol, Grapefruit and Lime in to a Cocktail shaker. Shake thoroughly and pour in to a high cocktail glass. Top with Prosecco. Add Lime & Mint for garnish (optional).
