Equipment
- 1 Jigger
- Cocktail Shaker
Ingredients
- 50 ml Pink Strawberry Gin
- 20 ml Vermouth
- 30 ml Cherry Liqueur
- 1 Pasturised Egg White
- 1 Strawberry to Garnish
- Ice
Instructions
- Add ice to chill shaker
- Add Gin, Vermouth, Cherry Liqueur and Egg to shaker and shake well for 15 seconds
- Strain and pour in to a Martini glass of your choice
