Ingredients
- 30 ml Passoa or Passion Fruit Liqueur
- 25 ml Orange Juice
- 25 ml Pineapple Juice
- 50 ml Premium Gin or Vodka
- 1 Pasteurised Egg White
- 1 Passion Fruit
- Ice
Instructions
- Add Passoa, Orange and Pineapple Juice, Gin (or Vodka) to cocktail shaker
- Add 1 egg white
- Add pulp from half a passion fruit
- Add ice and shake
- Strain in to Martini Glass
- Add remaining half of passion fruit for recipe
