Our Festive Espresso Martini Recipe is a beautiful riff on the classic Espresso Martini. What's the secret? We add a Christmas Liqueur, giving the cocktail a tasty festive vibe!
Equipment
- 1 Jigger
- 1 Cocktail Shaker
- 1 Coffee Pot for Freshly Brewed Coffee
- 1 Martini Glass
Ingredients
- 50 ml Gin
- 50 ml Fresh Coffee
- 40 ml Coffee Liqueur
- 30 ml Christmas Liqueur of choice (we used a Chocolate Orange Gin Liqueur)
- 1 Pasteurised Egg White
- 3 Coffee Beans to garnish
Instructions
- Add ice and gin to cocktail shaker
- Pour in freshly brewed coffee (ideally let to cool down first)
- Add Coffee Liqueur and Christmas Liqueur
- Pour in 1 Pasteurised Egg White
- Shake well, strain and pour in to glass
- Garnish with Coffee Beans
