This recipe is beautifully smooth with a true, fresh coffee kick with sweet notes and botanical undertones from the gin. We've used Sipsmiths Sipspreso Gin, which is the perfect alcoholic base for this recipe.
Equipment
- 1 Coffee Press or Coffee Machine
- 1 Jigger
- 1 Cocktail Shaker
- 1 Cocktail Stirrer Alternatively you can use a large spoon
- 1 Martini Glass
Ingredients
- 50 ml Gin We've used Sipsmiths Sipspresso Gin
- 30 ml Simple Syrup
- 25 ml Freshly Brewed Coffee
- 25 ml Coffee Liqueur
- 1 Pasteurised Egg White
- 3 Coffee Beans for garnish (optional)
- Ice
Instructions
- Add ice to shaker, stir until chilled
- Add Gin, Syrup, Coffee and Coffee Liqueur to Shaker
- Shake Vigorously for around 10-20 seconds
- Strain and Pour in to Martini Glass
- Garnish with Coffee Beans
