‘Sunrise Blitz’ Aperol Gin Fizz Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 50 ml Highclere Gin
- 50 ml Aperol
- 30 ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 1 Fresh Squeezed Lime
- Top with Prosecco
- Ice
- Add Lime & Mint for Garnish
Instructions
- Add Highclere Gin, Aperol, Grapefruit and Lime in to a Cocktail shaker. Shake thoroughly and pour in to a high cocktail glass. Top with Prosecco. Add Lime & Mint for garnish (optional).
- This cocktail uses Highclere Castle Gin and Aperol Aperitivo
