1. Pink Lady Cocktail
Celebrate Mothers Day with a luscious Pink Lady cocktail. This classic cocktail tastes gorgeous and has a wonderful texture and an impressive hue. It’s also the perfect way to impress your partner and show off your cocktail making skills!
We’ve used the fantastic Agnes Arber Gin for this cocktail. This gin contains 9 carefully selected botanicals including angelica, cassia, coriander, grapefruit, iris, juniper, lemon, liquorice and orange. These botanicals go a long way in enahcnign the flavour of this serve, with the refreshing citrus notes complementing the apple and lemon in this cocktail.
Ingredients:
• 90ml Agnes Arber Premium Gin
• 40ml Cane Syrup Sugar
• 50ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 5ml grenadine
• 1 large egg white
• Ice
• Raspberries or Maraschino cherry, for garnish (optional)
Method
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice, add egg white last. Shake thoroughly and pour in to a cocktail glass of your choice! Add Raspberries or Maraschino cherry, for garnish (optional).

2. Sunrise Blitz Cocktail
Indulge in the perfect blend of sophistication and refreshment with our Highclere Gin & Aperol Cocktail.Crafted with precision and delicious ingredients, this cocktail harmoniously combines the crisp notes of Highclere Gin with the bittersweet flavours of Aperol. The addition of tangy grapefruit juice and a hint of freshly squeezed lime elevates the experience, while the effervescence of Prosecco adds a delightful sparkle to every sip. Ingredients:
• 50ml Highclere Gin
• 50ml Aperol
• 30ml Grapefruit Juice
• Freshly squeezed lime
• Topped with Prosecco
• Ice
• Add Lime & Mint for Garnish
Method
Add Highclere Gin, Aperol, Grapefruit and Lime in to a Cocktail shaker. Shake thoroughly and pour in to a high cocktail glass. Top with Prosecco. Add Lime & Mint for garnish (optional).

3. Malfy Passionfruit Martini
Passion Fruit Martini created with the gorgeous Malfy Gin Rosa. This fruity Passion Fruit Gin Martini it made better with passionfruit pure, and the beautiful Malfy Rosa adding a tangy twist to a modern classic.
This simple yet delicious recipe is one of my favourites, busting with zesty flavours it’s an ideal sipping serve. Serve with a shot of Champagne or Prosecco for a special serve.
Ingredients:
• 60ml Malfy Gin Rosa
• 25ml Passoa Passionfruit Liqueur
• 1 fresh passion fruit
• 1 egg white
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp sugar syrup
• Ice
• Champagne or Prosecco to serve.
Method
Add Malfy Gin, Passoa, Lime and Sugar Syrup to cocktail shaker with ice. Slice Passionfruit and add fresh pulp from half the passionfruit to the cocktail shaker. Add cocktail shaker top and shake thoroughly. Pour in to cocktail glass of your choice. Use the second half of Passionfruit for garnish. Serve with a shot of Champagne or Prosecco.

4. Cherry McQueen Negroni
Sip on the Cherry McQueen Negroni – a tasty blend of McQueen and the Violet Fog Gin. It mixes sweet vermouth, Campari, and fresh cherries for a delicious combo. Perfect for a Mothers Day treat!
Ingredients:
• 25ml McQueen and the Violet Fog Gin
• 20ml Cherry brandy
• 20ml Amaretto
• 10ml Campari
• 10ml Vermouth
• Ice
• Orange peel for Garnish
Method
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake thoroughly and pour in to a cocktail glass of your choice. Add orange peel for garnish!

5. Puerto Pink Lady Cocktail
Puerto De Indias Strawberry Gin is a beautiful pink gin, with gorgeous vibrant strawberry tones and a true juniper gin base, this gin is a must for strawberry lovers and its smoothness allows this gin serve to be enjoyed with little effort, a brilliant serve for Mothers Day.
Ingredients:
• 100ml Puerto Strawberry Gin
• 80ml Grenadine
• 50ml Stambecco Cherry – Maraschino Liqueur (optional)
• 1 Egg White
• Ice
• Strawberry to Garnish
Method
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake thoroughly and pour in to a cocktail glass of your choice. Add strawberry slide for garnish.

6. Sipspresso Coffee Gin Martini
Created with coffee beans this gin suits coffee and gin lovers alike perfectly. Being ‘coffee snobs’ we were very intrigued when we heard about this gin and it did not disappoint. We created a velvety smooth espresso martini and it works brilliantly with Sipspresso Sipsmith gin.
Ingredients:
• 40ml Sipsmith Sipspresso Coffee Gin
• 25ml Espresso
• 20ml Kahlúa
• 10ml sugar syrup
• Coffee beans, to garnish (optional)
• Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder to garnish (optional)
Method
Just combine the gin, espresso, Kahlúa, and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake energetically until the shaker feels nearly frosty to the touch, then strain the mixture into a chilled Martini glass. Finish by adorning with coffee beans and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings for an exquisite presentation.

7. Sir Edmond Raspberry Sunset
Created using the refined Sir Edmond Bourbon Infused Vanilla gin, this serve adds a touch of elegance combined with a tropical touch of holiday vibes!
Ingredients:
• 50ml Sir Edmond Gin
• 25ml Malibu Rum
• 25ml Raspberry Liqueur
• 150ml Coconut Water
Method
Just combine all ingredients with ice in cocktail shaker. Shake energetically until the shaker feels nearly frosty to the touch, then add n the mixture into a chilled Martini glass.

8. Tanqueray Passion Fruit Martini
Passion Fruit Martini created with the timeless Tanqueray No10. This Gin based Fruit Martini is enhanced with light citrus flavour profile of the Tanqueray gin.
If you’ve been in almost any premium bar, you’ll of most likely seen a bottle of Tanqueray No.10 glistening in its glorious green bottle, sat on the bar shelves. This multi-award winning citrus based gin has been welcomed by the vast majority of gin lovers due to its depth of a fresh, clean flavour and sets the bar at what a premium gin should be.

Introducing the “Scarlet Serenade” cocktail. This enchanting concoction captures the essence of Valentine’s Day with a symphony of flavours. Sip, savour, and share the love this Mothers Day.
Ingredients:
• 40ml No3 Gin
• 30ml Eden Mill Love Liqueur
• 20ml Martini Bianco
• 20ml Grenadine
• 1x Egg white
Method
Just combine all ingredients in to shaker filled with ice. Shake energetically until the shaker feels nearly frosty to the touch, then add mixture in to Martini glass of your choice!
